1. What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer refunds, since each piece is made with intention and produced in small batches. Exchanges or store credit (valid for 6 months) are available within 10 days of delivery.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, and net banking. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.

3. When will my order arrive?

Orders usually dispatch within 5–7 working days. Delivery timelines vary by location, but typically take an additional 3–5 days once shipped. You’ll receive tracking details via email when your order is on its way.

4. Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free across India. However, customers are responsible for the shipping cost in case of returns or exchanges. Cash on Delivery orders include a small service fee.

6. My piece looks slightly different from the images. Why?

Each Drama Club piece is made in small runs and finished by hand. Subtle variations in colour, texture, or embellishment are a natural part of the craftsmanship and that’s what make your piece unique.

7. How should I care for my garment?

Handle with care. Most of our pieces are best dry-cleaned. Always refer to the care instructions on the tag attached to your garment for specific instructions.

8. Where are your products made?

All Drama Club pieces are proudly made in India. Our design studio is based in Mumbai, while our manufacturing unit is located in Lucknow.

9. Do you offer customization options for your clothing?

While we primarily offer ready-to-wear clothing, some of our products may have limited customization options. Please contact our customer support team for specific inquiries about customization.

10. Do you have a physical store location?

Currently, we are an online store only. You can shop our entire collection conveniently from our website.
