Small batches mean we make only what we believe will be loved — which shapes how returns work here.
Refunds
Due to the limited, small-batch nature of Drama Club collections and our focus on mindful production, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If your piece arrives defective or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.
Exchanges
You have 7 days from receiving your order to start an exchange.
We exchange the same style for a different size when it is in stock. A different style is possible only in exceptional circumstances, and always subject to availability.
Condition
Pieces must come back unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Every returned piece is inspected before a replacement is dispatched.
Any intentional damage or misuse of the product will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every order across India. On an exchange, the shipping is yours to cover — the total back-and-forth cost is ₹300.
Store credit
If the size or style you want isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit for the value of the piece. It’s valid for 12 months.
