Refund policy

The only thing we like drama-free is our returns & exchange policy.

We design pieces to be loved. If the size needs a second go, we keep it simple: 


1. No Refunds

Due to the limited, small-batch nature of Drama Club collections and our focus on mindful production we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. 

If the product received is defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you. 

Note: Our products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Any intentional damage or misuse of the product will not be eligible for exchange/refund or store credit.

2.  Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size exchange for the same style, if the size is in stock.

  • Style exchange, only in exceptional circumstances, and only if the requested style is in stock.

If your requested size is not available, or if you don’t want to exchange it for another style, we will issue store credit for the item value.

3. Store Credit

Store credit will be issued once your return is approved and is valid for 12 months.

4. Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Shipping Cost

All exchange-related shipping charges (both forward and reverse) are borne by the customer.
The total back-and-forth shipping cost is ₹300.

6. Condition for Exchange

Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the product. If it passes our quality check, we will dispatch the new item.
